Photographer Terry Richardson's current advertising (in the form of concert posters) now cover the walls of Manhattan's trendiest neighborhoods. The "models" were hand-plucked from the latest youth icons and myspacers, each asked to pose and dress themselves to reflect personal style, something Uniqlo is trying to push. I'm happy to see that urban/street culture continues to inspire the fashion industry, allowing more of us to participate in the still very posh industry. Of course I don't necessarily agree with commercializing on individual style or expression, but allowing more freedom-of-expression is always good, whatever that means nowadays anyway. See if you can find Miss Mosshart among the faces.
